The Bounty

At Edible Eden we grow everything from asparagus to zucchinis! Perennially speaking we have quite a diverse and delicious selection of fruits and berries on our farm ranging from: asian pears, asparagus, apples, beauty plums, anjou & bartlett pears, currants, strawberries, salmon berries, raspberries, grapes, kiwis, peaches, hazelnuts, autumn olives, and much more.

We also have quite an extensive annual ground crop program to round out the selection at the farm. You’ll find a lot of the usual suspects: a large variety of tomatoes, eggplants, peppers, melons, kale, squash, corn, beans, snap peas, radishes, butter lettuce, spinach, etc.

It would be exhausting to try to list every single thing we grow as we are constantly trialing and experimenting with different and new varieties. In addition we do a lot of processing with our excess into preserve, jams, pickles, sorbets and everyone’s favorite — ice cream.
